The Kilner® Butter Creamer is an essential item for any homemade butter enthusiast. Make your butter with the Kilner® Butter Creamer and then use the beechwood paddles to shape and mould into decorative shapes. The deep grooves are perfect for pressing out the last of the excess buttermilk and keeping your butter as fresh as possible. Whip 300ml of room temperature whipping cream for around 10 minutes, separate and place the butter in ice cold water and shape with the Kilner wooden spatula into your own shape
