Gourmet Drum Grater

The Gourmet Drum Grater is one of Zyliss‘ best-known products. That‘s no reason not to rethink this icon. We have adjusted the height of the output opening as well as the output angle. Grated food now falls easily into a wide variety of bowls. The mechanism of the suction foot is now more ergonomic to use. The plunger is one piece and easier to clean. And we have reworked the drums for the drum grater and added a secure storage system. What has remained are all the qualities that our customers have appreciated for decades: The sturdy cast aluminium housing, the secure stand, the sharpness of our stainless steel drums. Each Drum Grater comes with a fine and a coarse grating drum as well as a slicing drum. In addition, puree, bircher muesli, julienne drum are available.
